1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Loan Point and paying ₹50 to generate a credit report, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India with a valid PAN to use our services.
3. Service Description
Loan Point facilitates the retrieval of your credit score and report from RBI-authorized credit bureaus in exchange for a one-time service fee of ₹50.
4. Payment
All payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways. The ₹50 fee is inclusive of applicable taxes and is a one-time charge per report.
5. Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information provided (name, PAN, mobile, email) is true and accurate. Providing false information may result in denial of service without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Loan Point acts as a facilitator only. We are not liable for the accuracy of the credit score data provided by credit bureaus or for any decisions made based on the report.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and design elements on this site are the property of Loan Point and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
